These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blueprint360 website and any services provided by Blueprint360 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

Blueprint360 provides IT support, consultancy, and related technology services to businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Microsoft 365 and cloud services support
• Network setup and management
• Cybersecurity and data protection
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Remote and on-site helpdesk support
• IT audits and consultancy

Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed in writing before any chargeable work commences.

Free IT Audit

We offer a complimentary IT audit to new clients. This audit is provided without charge and without obligation to proceed with any paid services.

• The audit is subject to availability and scheduling
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an audit at our discretion
• Findings from the audit are provided in good faith based on the information and access available at the time
• Blueprint360 accepts no liability for issues not identified during the audit

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your IT environment
• Grant appropriate access to systems, premises, or equipment as required
• Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for any software or systems you ask us to work on
• Maintain adequate backups of your data prior to any work being carried out
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the delivery of services

Payments & Pricing

All pricing for chargeable services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to revise our pricing with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Blueprint360 and is protected by applicable UK copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to deliver high-quality IT support, Blueprint360 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from our services
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Issues arising from third-party hardware, software, or services outside our reasonable control
• Any damage resulting from the client's failure to maintain adequate backups

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Blueprint360 in the three months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of the specific service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately payable
• We will return or securely destroy any client data held by us, as agreed
• Any work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced accordingly

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
